The Blue Ridge Bicycle Club will have Andy Applegate from the Carmichael Training Systems (CTS) present at this month's BRBC Social. The founder of Carmichael Training Systems is none other than Chris Carmichael who was Lance Armstrong's personal fitness coach during his 7 Tour de France championships.
